Return Period

At Aplus Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your products to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance items, are not eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at contuct@aplusmarket.store within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Once you receive the return authorization, ship the item(s) back to us at the provided return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
